Change of mind and unwanted items
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return for an eligible unused item in its original condition and packaging. We will confirm eligibility, the return address and who is responsible for return postage before you send it. International return shipping can be expensive, and some supplier returns may need to go to an overseas warehouse. Do not mail items internationally without first receiving our instructions.
This voluntary return window does not replace or limit mandatory cancellation, return, refund or other consumer rights that apply to your order. For eligible online purchases delivered to the UK or EU, statutory withdrawal rights may apply, subject to legal exceptions and applicable rules. If you wish to exercise a statutory right, contact us promptly with your delivery date and order number.
Damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items
Contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos or video of the product, packaging and shipping label where relevant. Keep the item and packaging until we advise you. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund or other remedy. We will not require you to give up rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Refunds
Once a return or refund is approved, we will explain the next steps. Approved refunds are generally sent to the original payment method; the time for funds to appear depends on the payment provider and bank. Any deduction for diminished value will only be made where permitted by applicable law.
Items that may not be returnable
Personalised or custom-made items, goods not suitable for return for hygiene or safety reasons once unsealed, and other legally exempt goods may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where applicable law permits. This does not exclude remedies for faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods.
